INFORMATION ON REDUCED ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
1) WHAT IS FULL ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE? According to EAMDA Statute (AD 8.i), every member organization is obligated to pay full Annual Membership Fee till 30th March each year. The full membership fee for year 2010 is 1.800,00 EUR. The fee is to be paid to the following EAMDA bank account in Ljubljana.
2) TO WHICH BANK ACCOUNT THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE IS TO BE PAID?
EAMDA has bank account in Slovenian national bank called Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. (NLB is abbreviation). All information needed for making money transfer to EAMDA bank account is collected in the following table:
3) WHAT IS REDUCED ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE? A reduced annual membership fee is a fee that is reduced for various reasons. The purpose of such fee is to enable fully participation of member organization even through it cannot pay the full fee.
4) WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR REDUCED ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE?
A reduced annual membership fee is for organizations which cannot afford to pay full Membership Fee due to serious financial situation and other reasons.
5) HOW TO APPLY FOR REDUCED ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE? Organization that cannot pay full Membership Fee has to apply for reduced Membership Fee. That can be done with writing an official letter addressed to EAMDA Executive Committee Board. The letter should include detailed explanation on reasons for applying and suggested amount that organization is able to pay. 6) WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AFTER SENDING APPLICATION FOR REDUCED FEE TO EAMDA?
EAMDA Executive Committee will discuss about the application received and will inform the applicant (in this case organization) about the decision. The decision is to be made on the first next Skype EC conference. If there will be necessary to send additional documentation, the applicant will also be informed about that.
